Scientific Content Manager (m/f/d)

With approximately 140 employees at the headquarters in Cuxhaven, Germany, in addition to field representatives and an office in China, Kaesler Nutrition is a company with a long tradition in the agricultural industry. As a manufacturer and trader of high-quality animal nutrition for all farm animals, the company moreover provides its worldwide customers with support and advice.

Your tasks:

  • Develop high-quality scientific content, including white papers, presentations, and educational materials together with the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide scientific support for launching new products and enhancing the growth of existing feed additive products.
  • Manage and curate scientific information, including research papers, market data, visual resources, and Kaesler assets.
  • Work closely with the regulatory team to ensure timely production of compliant materials.
  • Develop systems and processes to store and retrieve scientific information efficiently.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees to improve their understanding of scientific concepts and data interpretation.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as academic institutions and industry professionals, to stay informed about market trends and business needs, enhancing personal business acumen.

 

Your profile:

  • Strong background in a scientific discipline, typically requiring an advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in agriculture, biology, veterinary medicine or animal nutrition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex scientific data.
  • Proficiency in data management systems and tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry guidelines.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English language skills both in written and spoken.
