Scientific Product Manager for Enzymes (m/f/d)

With approximately 140 employees at the headquarters in Cuxhaven, Germany, in addition to field representatives and an office in China, Kaesler Nutrition is a company with a long tradition in the agricultural industry. As a manufacturer and trader of high-quality animal nutrition for all farm animals, the company moreover provides its worldwide customers with support and advice.

Your Tasks:

  • Technical positioning of existing and new enzyme products, including analysis of competitive products and collection of technical comparison data
  • Development of technical marketing concepts for feed enzymes
  • Technical and commercial consulting for customers and multipliers (including technical sales)
  • Review and documentation of all product properties
  • Support and maintenance of technical product documentation (PI, CUSP, SCIN, etc.)
  • Planning and execution of trials
  • Delivery of scientific lectures and preparation of scientific publications

 

Your Profile:

  • Degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or comparable qualification
  • Experience in the field of animal nutrition or (feed) enzymes is a great advantage
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • High degree of self-organization, initiative, and responsibility
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
